Infinity Selfie (2016) is a series of recursive self-portraits created during Ona Artist. By repeating a single image onto itself, photographs that would not have been permitted on social media are transformed into images that can circulate online. The visible selfie stick remains as a marker of artistic authorship. Works from the series were exhibited in Virtual Normality – Net Artists 2.0 at the Museum of Fine Arts Leipzig, Germany, and in a three-person exhibition at Castor Gallery, New York, alongside Parker Day and Julia Fox.
